Managed Operations and Incident Support Services
Cognitas managed operations services provide a perfect solution
for customers who prefer to outsource some or all of the
day-to-day management of their secure remote access
infrastructure.
Cognitas employs a "follow the sun", SLA-based support model in
which key support staff is physically located in various time
zones around the world. This is a "best practice" to
achieve optimal service delivery, as it allows key personnel to
provide coverage during their "regular" working hours while
still maintaining 24x7 global coverage in the service as a
whole. This model also minimizes the risk that events such as
global pandemics could affect operational continuity for our
customers.
For customers who already outsource some or all of their
operations to a third-party provider, and wish to use the same
provider for their secure access infrastructure, Cognitas is
able to provide a single point of escalation for incident and
operational support.
Every customer is unique in their requirements, and Cognitas has
the flexibility to adapt to a customer's needs - from providing
a fully managed service to integrating within existing
operational support processes, whether in-house or
outsourced.
Integration Services
Cognitas provides integration services to assist enterprises in
evaluating their access requirements, determining the most
appropriate solution for their needs, and uncovering
opportunities for infrastructure simplification/consolidation
and cost-savings by leveraging the CrossLink platform. Cognitas
integration services cover the entire solution deployment life
cycle, as per customer needs: from initial assessment and
requirements definition, through implementation, to
post-implementation support.
Cognitas provides additional services that are complimentary
to the key CrossLink product line. Examples are complete turn-key
provisioning infrastructure for any specific authentication method
chosen by the customer, auditing and compliance systems,
integrated log and event management systems and others.
Consulting and Infrastructure Assesment Services
Cognitas provides consulting services to assist customers in evaluating
opportunites for infrastructure consolidation and operational cost reduction,
uncovering opportunites for better utilization of public networks,
ensuring risk management and compliance requirements are properly met,
and leveraging other security inititiaves that lead to either risk mitigation
or potential improvement of the business utilization of digital assets.
These are typically short-term engagements whose aim is to produce
recommendations for future action.
Cognitas consulting and integration services focus on
determining not only the most cost-effective solution for a
customer's needs, but also seeks to find ways in which
enterprises can leverage CrossLink's unique features to provide
capabilities they would not otherwise have and thereby increase
end-user satisfaction, cost benefits and opportunities to
leverage public networks.
